Q: Are there any Taxes Charged? If so, why?

A: We are located in the State of Louisiana. In the State of Louisiana, if you purchase online from someone in the State of Louisiana, you must pay taxes to that online provider as so they must report it to the State of Louisiana. That is not our rule or law, that is the State of Louisiana’s law. Therefore this tax applied will only only be subject to residents of Louisiana when purchasing from us.

 

Shipping Information

Q: General Shipping Information

A: CajunBlast.com does everything possible to get your order out by 3pm Central Standard Time on the day the order was placed. When your orders are placed on a non-business day or holiday, your order will be processed the next business day. If for some reason this is not possible (i.e. an unusually high volume of orders placed the same day) your order will go out the next business day.

Fill out your shipping address exactly as it should read. Do not forget to include any apartment number, suite number, or building number. We cannot be responsible for an incomplete address that you provide. It is best to include a phone number to help the Driver locate you during daytime delivery.

If you select a commercial delivery address on Standard Ground Shipping, your package may get to you a day or two earlier. Commercial addresses generally require having someone present when the driver delivers.

Q: Post Office Boxes

A:  We Only utilize UPS shipping to an Actual Physical Address. P.O. Box’s are not accepted.

Q: Shipping Calculator

A: There is no guesswork involved. When you place your order, the exact shipping amount is calculated along with a total cost of goods and Taxes where applicable prior to your credit card being charged for the products you want shipped to your destination.

Q: Standard Shipping

A: For Shipping we utilize the following carriers: UPS Ground.

Q: Next Day and Second Day Shipping

A: We utilize UPS, for Next Day or Second Day Orders.

Next Day Shipments are delivered on the next business day following the day shipped.

There is an extra charge of $15.00 for Saturday delivery only available on Next Day Shipments. Second Day shipments will be delivered on the second business day following the day shipped.

Q: Domestic 48 States

A: CajunBlast.com uses various carriers to ship orders. For Standard Shipping we use UPS Ground. For Next Day or Second Day Orders we use UPS.

Q: Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates

A: If you use our online order form, we will utilize UPS. If you wish that we utilize USPS Priority Mail Service for orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses please fill out the Contact Form and someone will contact you to fill the order. Once you exceed 5 lbs the service is zoned. The further the destination, the more expensive the shipment costs will be. We can arrange service thru FedEx, UPS, or DHL, which is considered an Air Service and is generally more expensive. Please fill out theContact Form.

Q: APO/FPO

Q: International Shipping

Q: Duties and Tariffs

A: CajunBlast.com is not responsible for the collection of duties or tariffs on International shipments. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to calculate and or pay for any tariffs or duties that may be due on the purchase. If duties are not paid by on entry to destination country, or is refused, CajunBlast.com reserves the right to charge for fees incurred to ship the product back to our facility in Crowley, La.

Q: Canada

A: For shipments to Canada, we utilize USPS Global Priority Mail.  Shipments to extended areas of Canada may increase the cost of shipping. We are able to provide quotes Monday through Friday on regular business days. Some quotes may take more than 24 hours because we have to wait for a freight company to quote us.

Q: Special Shipping Requests

A: To arrange for a special shipment request please call us at 1.337.785.2222. We can arrange to ship your package by any carrier you desire, however, the shipping cost may be greater than the amount quoted with the shipping calculator. You can fill out the Contact Form.

Q: Improper Address

A: If you do not provide us the complete proper address or if you request the package to be delivered to another address (other than the one you originally provided us with) and our shipping company charges us, your credit card could be charged up to an additional $10.00.

Privacy and Security

A: Your personal information is used expressly by CajunBlast.com and commonly owned businesses. It is our policy not to distribute E-mail or any other personal information received on our site to other businesses. Unless otherwise instructed by the customer, we will send out information to site visitors and customers from time to time to make them aware of discount ball rates or other special promotions.

Q: How do I use a Coupon Code?

A: Promotion Coupons are issued to site visitors and other promotion needs of CajunBlast.com. All Promotion Codes have a set of restrictions or minimum purchases that apply, and all expire within a short time from issue. You are not required to enter a Promotion Code to check out. If your Promotion Code is not valid, you will be notified prior to completion of checking out.

Q: How do I use a Discount Gift Certificate?

A: If you have been sent a Discount Gift Certificate valid at CajunBlast.com, you may apply the total balance to your purchase at checkout. Enter the Discount Gift Certificate Code and password and your total will be adjusted by the face value of the certificate. If the total exceeds the posted value of the certificate, your credit card will be charged the difference. If you do not use the full value of the Gift Certificate, retain the certificate information for use at a later date. Additional terms and conditions may apply.

Order Status and Returns

Q: How do I find out the status of my non-custom order at CajunBlast.com?:

A: Review your recent e-mail messages from CajunBlast.com. We notify customers at the time the order is shipped will contain your tracking number and a link to the shipper that we used to ship your order.

When you find your tracking number, click on the link to the shipper, and enter your tracking number. This will provide you with the location of your package.
